What an incredible experience! We bought a 2014 Moomba Mojo 2.5 this summer from Atlanta Marine. It was one of the boats used at High Harbor YMCA Camp on Lake Burton. We saw the Mojo for the first time on the lake and spoke with one of the staff membershe could not say enough good things about the boat and Atlanta Marine. Only maintenance required on all 12 of the boats all summer were oil changes and the 100 hour checks. When we took delivery it had 175 hours and looked like it just came off the show room floor! We worked with Stephen Backus throughout the process, and he could not have been a better salesperson to work with. He answered every question we had whether it was in person or by text. Took 2 test drives and another on delivery. Everyone we worked with from owners Kurt and Lisa Backus to Stephen and Heidi provided a wonderful experience. Back in October 2013, I flew from PA the GA to look at a boat to replace what I lost from Sandy a year earlier, I later purchased a boat through Scott at atlantamarine. Once the boat made it to NJ, I had all kinds of problems getting the boat titled. Original this and that, which Scott continued providing me for months after the sale. Five and half months later, I finally got the boat titled in late April 2014. For months, Scott assisted in many ways, all kinds of documentation trying to get a title for my boat. Many, many thanks to Scott and his patience in assisting me to have my boat titled. Good job and follow up service after the sale.

I cannot say enough about Atlanta Marine. When I first started wakeboarding I was behind a 1996 monterey deck boat and it just wasnt getting the job done for wakeboarding. So we sold our boat and started looking for used wakeboard boats. Well we went to Flowrey Branch one day to look at the used boats lots and we went to singleton, marine max, watersports central and we just could n0t find anything. so we travel down to the end of the road and I saw atlanta marine and all the amazing boats they had. so we started looking at a used moomba mobius and I spotted a 2012 mojo. After a lot of talking and thinking with my dad we bought it and it was an amazing boat and exceeded every expectation. at the beginning of the summer of 2013 we went to the pro wakeboard tour in acworth and by this time we had our minds set on a top of the line wakebard boat and I fell in love with the Supra SA they had sitting at the event. Little did I know my dad and Heidi Moore were talking about a trade. the next thing i know there was a brand new Supra SA sitting in the spot where we had parked our moomba before we went to eat a a resturaunt on the lake. Atlanta marine is the best boat dealer by far and without them I wouldnt be where I am with wakeboarding. they are tons of help and always make their customers feel at home. Heidi at Atlanta Marine was the most knowledgeable and helpful salesperson we interacted with in looking and purchasing our used boat. When it came to bottom line numbers, everything was totally up front, nothing hidden and she worked great with us to enable us to purchase. We had a boat survey done prior to purchase and without being asked, Atlanta Marine volunteered to do all repairs (all minor). Boat has been everything Heidi said and most importantly the service did not end after the sale. Twice after purchase Heidi went out with us to give us basic instruction on loading and unloading off the trailer which we had never done before. I have to give a big thanks to Atlanta Marine Service, Heidi and Cynde as well as the service technician for their overall efforts to repair my Boatmate trailer. The service and customer support was stellar to say the least. And of course I am completely satisfied with the repair work on my trailer as it has never worked better since I have owned it. This is the pure defintion of what customer service should be.

A lot of folks talk about the buying experience. Let me tell you about service after the sale. I ordered a 2006 21V. Of course the buying experience was top notch, but the true test comes after you sign the papers. I want to tell you that service after the sale has been nothing but the best. All the service techs have always done an excellent job, but the glue that holds everything together is Heidi. This woman can juggle chain saws if she needs to. She knows her stuff in regards to boats, parts and service, but more importantly knows how to treat customers. She IS the best in the business! I highly recommend Atlanta Marine and Supra.
Dear Kurt & Lisa, I just wanted to write the two of you a letter letting you both know how satisfied I am with my most recent purchase of a 2010 Supra Launch 22. Your dealership is a first class organization! I first placed a deposit on a boat at the boat show in January and when I came home, Teresa (my wife) was not on the same page. I had to make the dreaded phone call to Lisa requesting a refund of our deposit. I received full refund within two days of my request. I was not expecting the return of my deposit so soon. Deanna and I wanted to send out a BIG thank you to Karl and Kurt for working with us to get the 320SY...It was hard trading in the Supra Gravity Games we love so much, but were looking for more of relaxing lake experience w/ a bath, bed, kitchen, etc. After looking at multiple other manufacturers (Regal, Cobalt, SeaRay), it was very clear to us that we found the nicest layout, most attractive interior and exterior styling and the most technologically advanced (ECV & Joystick) choice for the price. As you know, we took delivery yesterday, Karl spent the morning and the majority of the afternoon training us and we haven't been back to the marina yet!!! We absolutely LOVE IT!! We may never come back to the slip...If you guys are ever out on the water looking for some good company, give us a call and we'll tie up and throw some good eats on the grill...
Heidi Moore was unbelievable!!! Very Knowledgeable, extremely helpful!! I was bringing my Outback in for warranty transfer/ Check-up and she said your shop had taken in 2 weeks worth of work, but she'd work me in when they could. She called the next day saying my boat was ready. She answered a hundred questions and was so pleasant in the process! You are an hour and a half away but with the service I received , it just became worth the drive. I received the boat on the 2nd of Dec and have been over the moon with the product. The finish and final fit out a craft this size is beyond comparison with anything else we have seen here in Australia. The performance is all I could have asked for with good fuel economy and enough stick to pull 2 riders out of the water or run the 3 tubes. By the way those tubes are enormous, great fun to float out the back and lounge around on. I have to mention the wet sounds speakers package, simply unbelievable!! On Boxing day we attended a raft up with over 40 similar boats, once anchored we turned our sound system on, I found within half an hr all other boats had switched their systems off and we provided the beats for over 120 people on the beach and around the boat! Amazing clarity and projection made my day and I received many comments on the fit out and quality of the set up. Your guys done a great job of fitting the tower and making it easy for me to plug and play. I am currently back at work for 2 weeks, which is probably a good thing for the boat as I have already clocked up 87 hrs over 4 weeks. On my 30 day break I spent 23 days out in the boat. She's one of a kind in my state and I know I will have no problems moving her on when the time comes and I will be looking at upgrading before the hrs get to high. If its easy can you keep me abreast of the next model updates. By the way how many hrs is a Volvo Penta 5.0 Gxi good for? Either way I am using the boat for what it was designed for, pleasure. I purchased a used boat from Atlanta Marine. I was told that the boat was in excellent condition, with no major problems. After two months I took the boat to another dealer for maintenance. The other dealer identified a potential problem. This repair would cost me over $300. I called Atlanta Marine to speak with them about the repair issue. After speaking with owner at Atlanta Marine; he assured me he would personally look in to it. He kept his word! He had the boat re-inspected with his head mechanic Tony. They found the cause of the problem, which was a minor issue ($5 part) that prevented a major engine problem. Even though I bought the boat AS-IS, it was important for me to have a dealer that stood behind his word. It made me fell good to know when a sales person tells you it is a great boat that they mean it.
I am sure that you are aware of the value of Heidi. She has gone above and beyond what could be expected and has made our experience a wonderful one. Give her a raise!!!!

I WORRIED ABOUT THE UPKEEP ON SUCH A LARGE VESSEL. KURT AND MICHAEL WENT OVER EVERY COST THAT I MIGHT INCUR AND EVEN ERRED ON THE HIGH SIDE TO MAKE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH THE FIGURES. THEY EVEN HELPED ME GET A SLIP AT AQUALAND. I CAN’T THINK OF ANY EXPENSE THEY MISSED. I APPRECIATED THE TIME AND EFFORT THEY TOOK TO MAKE ME COMFORTABLE, NOT ONLY WITH THE EXPENSES, BUT ALSO WITH THE PURCHASE. THEY DID THE SAME WHEN I DECIDED I WANTED A WAKEBOARD BOAT. We told him that they still make a great boat and when he asked if we were purchasing a new boat we said "yes we just ordered a Moomba as it was the best value for the money. He said something along the lines of "I don't blame you or I understand" and did not once try to talk us out of it. Honestly, we went to the boat show to strictly look at the Malibu line but absolutely fell in love w/ the 24'SSV Gravity Games. Well, it did come and we're loving every minute of it!! We're on the lake as much as possible and have logged about 30 hours so far. Scott, Kurt, I just wanted to send a short email with feedback on my experience buying my first boat; I told my wife last week, “I am thinking about buying a boat.” I expected her to say, “Don’t do that!” but instead she said, “You should. It would be fun.” We decided to go to Fishtales have lunch and then go over to your dealership to inquire about boat ownership and how it works. I sure didn’t expect to buy a boat Saturday! I am a novice and just wanted to start the learning process. I put my head in the door and Scott was talking with another customer, maybe an employee but he immediately greeted us with a smile and said, “I will be right with you!”. Scott came out and asked how he could help? He was never “salesy”, he was direct, honest and to the point. He asked questions before he made statements, didn’t seem like a desperate salesman, was extremely professional, knew his stuff and before I knew it he let me buy a boat! “People hate to be sold but love to buy.” Jeffrey Gitomer My wife is so excited, the boat is in my monthly budget which includes insurance, slip and maintenance. Kurt, Would like to take a minute of your time to express our gratitude on the purchase of our Bennington pontoon. Your staff was exceptional in making the customer happy. This was my third new boat purchase and many new automobiles (too many to count). We have never been treated so well from any sales, service and parts staff. To begin with, Vinny was very patient with me and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed before we came and picked up boat. We picked it up on Friday afternoon and it was late before we finished all paperwork. Afterwards he called and checked on us to make sure we made it home ok with our new boat. Never had that happen before! Jay was very instrumental in making sure we understood all the warranty transfer requirements. We came back to your dealership and swapped out a ComFab trailer for a Marine Master trailer. Jay made sure that transaction went smooth. Your parts and service staff was very helpful also. After explaining to them that I would be servicing my own engine, Cynde sold me the oil and filters necessary to perform my oil change. She ordered the spare tire for the Marine Master trailer and shipped it out to me just as she had promised. Dave and Eric were very helpful in giving me pointers in maintaining my new four stroke engine. The day we picked the new trailer up I noticed one of the bunk boards was warped. Lisa had Ronnie came out and look at it. I asked him if it could be swapped out with another board off of other trailer. Never forget his response, sir you are the customer and we want to make sure you are happy. Kurt, this was the attitude of your entire staff. Don't know what your doing to promote this type of attitude, but keep it up. Its working!
